One dot for every test, run on every change.
One record. Every door of care.
From the patient's phone to public health, every door of care reads and writes the same record.
A life, in pieces.
A patient's history is split across the clinic, the hospital, the lab and the pharmacy. Each keeps its own copy. None of them sees the whole.
Every door writes to one record.
Umvia gives every care setting the same patient record. A booking, a result, a prescription: written once, read wherever the patient has allowed it.
One visit, through every door.
Booked on a phone at 09:12. Routed by the AI care team, signed by a doctor, resulted by the lab, dispensed by the pharmacy. Nobody typed it twice.
And the patient sees it too.
Each entry reaches the Umvi app as it is written, in Arabic or English, on iOS, Android and the web.

Built, not promised.
Every number here is counted from the Umvia codebase, not typed in. Counted 27 September 2026.
Across the patient app, nine surfaces and their settings.
One backend behind every door.
Shared by every workspace, so nothing is copied.
Everything a patient needs, in one app.
Umvi is where the record meets the patient: sixteen services, fifteen of them on the record the clinics write to. Safe Space is kept apart from it on purpose.

Illustrative. Access is set by role and consent.
Ranked by what matters, not by who came first.
Every workspace is a decision surface. The same seven patients, in the order they arrived and in the order the platform's clinical rules set: emergencies, critical results, AI intake to review, then everyone else.

Illustrative queue. Nothing paid moves a patient, a clinic or a medicine up a list.
It knows when not to answer.
Safety rules run before any model does. High-risk answers wait for a clinician. When the record is not enough, the AI says so.
Illustrative conversations. The behaviour shown is the platform's own rules.

Rest, fluids and a regular sleep pattern usually help. If it worsens, or comes with fever or changes in vision, I can book a neurology visit today.
Access is not yes or no.
A pharmacist needs the prescription and the allergies, not the mental health notes. Reception needs a name and a time, not a diagnosis. So each field is shown in full, masked, or removed, by role.

What Umvia will not do.
Four rules the code enforces, each with the behaviour it produces.
Diagnose.
The AI explains and routes. A diagnosis belongs to a clinician and is signed in their name.
Let money rank care.
Nothing paid moves a clinic, a doctor or a medicine up a list. Every ranking carries its clinical reason.
Open a record silently.
Emergency access exists, with a stated reason, a time limit and a review afterwards. Never without a trace.
Rewrite what happened.
The audit trail is append-only, and every event is checked against the one before it.
One build. Two languages. Every screen.
Arabic and English are both complete products, mirrored rather than translated. The same patient app ships to iOS, Android and the web.

Questions people ask first.
Does the AI diagnose?
No. It explains, routes and books. Anything clinical in a high-risk tier is held until a clinician approves, changes or rejects it, and a red-flag message is handed to people without a model answer.
Who can see a patient's record?
Each staff read is checked against the patient's consent and the reader's role. Fields a role does not need are masked or removed, and every access is written to an audit trail that is checked for tampering.
Can one site start before the whole network?
Yes. Each workspace is useful on its own, and the shared record grows as more doors of your network join.
Which languages and devices?
Arabic and English, each a complete product with the layout mirrored. The patient app runs on iOS, Android and the web from one build.
Can anyone pay to be ranked higher?
No. Clinics, doctors and medicines are ranked by clinical and practical reasons, and each ranking shows its reason.
What happens in an emergency?
Safety rules run before any model. A red flag is sent to people at once. Staff can open a record in an emergency with a stated reason, a time limit and a review afterwards.
See it with your own doors.
